Uses permitted by right are those uses that are specifically allowed or uses analogous to those specifically allowed by interpretation of the Zoning Administrator. A permitted use by right may be lawfully established in a particular district or districts, provided that they conform to all requirements of the regulations for the district in which such uses are located.
