§ 3-6-4 DIVISIONS OF DEPARTMENT.
   There shall be divisions within the Department of Public Safety as the City Manager deems fit. All heads of divisions shall be appointed and removed by the Director subject to the ratification of the City Manager and the provisions of Vol. I, Article 3-10 as it now exists or may be amended thereafter.
