§ 3-1-11 AGREEMENTS ON EMPLOYMENT.

Nothing in this article shall be construed as a limitation on the power or authority of the Council to enter into any supplemental agreement with the City Manager delineating additional terms and conditions of employment not inconsistent with any provisions of this article or of state statutes.
