§ 3-1-1 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MANAGER. The City Manager of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona.
   RATIFICATION. By the Council, is required under this chapter, it shall be effected only by a majority vote of the 7-member Council, as then constituted, convened in a regular or special Council meeting.
