This article is intended to regulate sales and events within mobile home and recreational vehicle parks, mobile home and recreational vehicle subdivisions and all other residential subdivisions for the benefit of residents and visitors and which enable the city to:
(A) Protect life, health, property and general welfare of the city;
(B) Enable residential areas, mobile home and recreational vehicle communities to host a range of events for community members whether open to the general public or not so as to improve the quality of life in the city;
(C) Provide a consistent set of standards for sales and events within Mobile Home Parks, Recreational Vehicle Parks, Mobile Home Subdivisions, Recreational Vehicle Subdivisions and all other residential subdivisions.
