The members of the Health and Human Services Commission shall receive no salaries or other remuneration for their services as members of the Commission and shall not be entitled to personal expenses incurred by them in the discharge of their official duties, except to the extent, purposes and amount such expense is first authorized and approved in advance by the City Manager or his or her designee.
