§ 5-1-4 QUALIFICATIONS OF CITY MAGISTRATES.
   Every magistrate shall:
   (A)   Be an active member of the State Bar of Arizona in good standing for at least 5 years prior to appointment;
   (B)   Have no discipline by any State Bar or State Supreme Court for a period of 10 years prior to appointment.
