(A) No person shall use or cause to be used any automatic dialing device that:
(1) Automatically selects a public safety or emergency services telephone line of the Apache Junction Police Department;
(2) Prevents termination of a call by public safety or emergency services personnel; or
(3) Is programmed for transmission directly to any public safety facility.
(B) Within 60 days after the effective date of this article all prohibited automatic dialing devices described in the above division shall be disconnected.
