§ 2-8-8 DUTIES.
   The Commission through the Director of Parks and Recreation shall recommend regulations and policies for the government, control and improvement of the public parks of the City of Apache Junction. The Commission shall also recommend fees for the use of public park facilities and recommend full-time or seasonal employees as necessary for the efficient management of the City Parks and Recreation Program.
