§ 12-2-10 REGULATION OF TRAFFIC AT INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   The City Engineer or Traffic Engineer shall designate through streets, intersections where stops are required and intersections where vehicles shall yield the right-of-way.
   (B)   The City Engineer or Traffic Engineer shall designate any through street or intersection where vehicles are to stop or yield the right-of-way.
   (C)   The City Engineer or Traffic Engineer shall erect and maintain the appropriate signs at every location where a vehicle must stop or yield the right-of-way.
