§ 12-2-9 ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   (A)   The City Engineer or Traffic Engineer shall designate any streets or alleys which are to be limited to 1-way traffic.
   (B)   (1)   The City Engineer or Traffic Engineer shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulation shall be effective unless the signs are in place.
      (2)   Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.
