§ 9-2-3 SPILLED REFUSE, GARBAGE, DEBRIS, JUNK, TRASH AND LITTER.
   Any person hauling any refuse, garbage, junk, debris, trash and litter along the streets of the city shall immediately replace in the conveyance used for such hauling any such material which may fall upon any street.
