§ 8-7-1 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this article, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   YARD SALE. The retail sale of merchandise by the resident of a specific residential address, and which complies with the definition of "casual activity" as defined in Vol. I, § 8-1-1.
