§ 6-7-4 OWNER LIABILITY.
   (A)   Injury to any person or animal or damage to any property by a potbellied pig while at large or under the owner’s control shall be the full responsibility of the owner or person responsible for the potbellied pig when the damages were inflicted.
   (B)   The owner of a potbellied pig that bites a person who is in or on a public place or lawfully in or on a private place, including the property of the owner of the potbellied pig, is liable for damages suffered by the person bitten, regardless of the former viciousness of the potbellied pig or the owner’s previous knowledge of its viciousness.
