§ 6-5-1 ANIMALS CONFINED IN MOTOR VEHICLES OR OTHER PLACES OF ENDANGERMENT.
   No person having charge or custody of an animal, as owner or otherwise, shall place or confine it, or allow it to be placed or confined or to remain, in a motor vehicle or in such a location under such conditions or for such a period of time as may endanger its health or well-being due to heat or cold, lack of food, drink, adequate ventilation or such other circumstances as may reasonably be expected to cause suffering, disability or death.
