(A) Section 101.1 of the 2018 International Existing Building Code is amended to read, in its entirety, as follows:
101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the Apache Junction Existing Building Code, hereinafter referred to as “this code.”
(B) Sections 101.2 through 117.4 inclusive are deleted in their entirety. See Vol. I, Chapter 7, Article 7-1, Division of Building Safety and Inspection Administrative Code.
(C) Add Section 201.5 Conflict. Where definitions conflict between this code and the Building Code, the Building Code definitions shall be used.
