(A) An erosion/sedimentation plan shall be prepared for each development site in accordance with the Pennsylvania Erosion/Sedimentation Regulations (25 Pa. Code Chapter 102) and the standards and guidelines of the County Conservation District.
(B) Developers that propose earthmoving activity in excess of 5,000 square feet shall first be required to prepare and submit an erosion and sedimentation control plan to the Township Planning Commission for review and the County Conservation District for review and approval. The applicant shall also comply with all provisions of the township’s erosion and sedimentation control ordinance (Chapter 151).
