§ 155.020  APPLICABILITY.
   The procedures established in this subchapter shall apply to all subdivisions and land developments that require review and approval by the township. It shall be the subdivided responsibility to observe and follow the procedures established in this subchapter and to submit all plans and documents as may be required herein.
