The following regulations shall apply to billboards.
(A) A billboard panel shall not exceed 1,200 square feet.
(B) Only two billboard panels per side shall be permitted on a support structure or support system.
(C) The overall height of the structure shall not exceed 35 feet from highway grade level.
(D) A billboard structure may only be erected within 800 feet of any property with a business or industrial use that is open on a year-round basis and which is visible from and adjoins the highway.
(E) A billboard structure shall not be erected within 660 feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way.
(F) A billboard structure shall not be erected within 500 feet of another billboard structure.
(G) A billboard structure shall conform to all federal and state statutes and regulations.
