§ 154.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates or permits the violation of §§ 154.01 through 154.08 shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be punishable by a fine of not more that $1,000 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days.

      (2)   Each day or portion thereof that such violation continues, or is permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense.

      (3)   Each section of §§ 154.01 through 154.08 that is violated shall also constitute a separate offense.
