§ 110.01  PURPOSE.
   The Board of Supervisors of the township hereby declares that purpose of the within chapter is to prohibit the establishment and operation of a bring your own bottle “BYOB” club in order to preserve the residential character of neighborhoods and protect the right of its citizens to the quiet enjoyment of the same.
