§ 3-4.04 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
   A city employee may not participate directly or indirectly in a purchase contract if: the employee or any member of the employee's immediate family has a financial interest in the contract or the contractor; or the employee or any member of the employee's immediate family has an arrangement regarding prospective employment with the contractor.
