§ 10-1.07 OFFICERS.
   As soon as practicable after its appointment the Park and Recreation Commission shall meet and organize by selecting one of its number to serve as Chairman and one to serve as Secretary. Such officers shall hold office for a period of one year or until their successors are elected. In the absence of either officer, the Commission shall select an acting Chairman or Secretary.
