§ 8-14.01 COMMUNITY FACILITIES DIST-RICT #1989-1.
Any person, corporation, or other entity who sells a new residential unit located within the Community Facilities District #1989-1 shall disclose in writing, with the written acknowledgment of the buyer(s), in the following form, the following disclosures:
   (A)   This home is located within the Community Facilities District #1989-1, which collects a special tax to repay bonds for the construction of public schools and a community park. The school portion of the special tax is used to provide capacity for students within the Antioch Unified School District as a whole. The fact that this home is located within the Community Facilities District does not guarantee that children residing in this home will attend a school in this or a nearby neighborhood, nor does it guarantee that such students will attend a school which was constructed with Community Facilities District funds in whole or in part. The determination of school attendance boundaries is made by the Antioch Unified School District. Children may be assigned to any school within the Antioch Unified School District. The determination to provide busing, and whether there is a fee imposed for such service, is made by the Antioch Unified School District.

   (B)   This home is located within the Community Facilities District #1989-1, which collects a special tax to repay bonds for the construction of public schools and a community park. Located within the community park is the Antioch WaterPark Aquatics Facility. The special taxes collected from this home are used only to repay bonds which paid for the construction of the WaterPark. Operational funds for the WaterPark are paid by the city from other sources, including admission fees. The buyers of this home are not entitled to free or reduced fee admission to the WaterPark, although the City Council may, from time to time, establish reduced rates for property owners within the Community Facilities District. Whether such reduced rates are offered, and the admissions fee schedule itself, is in the sole discretion of the Antioch City Council.
