§ 8-6.101 ADOPTION OF THE UNIFORM SIGN CODE.
   That certain document, copies of which are on file in the office of Building Inspection, being marked and designated as the "Uniform Sign Code", 1997 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, together with its Appendices, is hereby adopted as the code of the city for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of signs in the city; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such "Uniform Sign Code", 1997 Edition, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
