§ 6-9.06 PROHIBITED DISCHARGES.
   (A)   The release of non-stormwater discharges to the city's stormwater system is prohibited.
   (B)   The discharge of stormwater from premises or an activity that causes or contributes to a violation of receiving water limitations in the city’s NPDES permit is prohibited.
   (C)   The following discharges are exempt from the prohibition set forth in division (A) above:
      (1)   Any discharge in compliance with a (NPDES) permit issued to the discharger.
      (2)   Flows from riparian habitats and wetlands, diverted stream flows, springs, rising groundwater and uncontaminated groundwater infiltration.
   (D)   The following discharges are exempt from the prohibitions set forth in division (A) above if the Regional Water Quality Control Board approves the exempted category under section D.9. of the city’s NPDES permit: uncontaminated pumped groundwater, foundation drains, water from crawl space pumps, footing drains, air conditioning condensate, irrigation water, landscape irrigation, lawn or garden watering, planned and unplanned discharges from potable water sources, water line and hydrant flushing, individual residential car washing, discharges or flows from emergency fire fighting activities and dechlorinated swimming pool discharges.
