(A) No person shall be employed in a massage therapy establishment, perform massage therapy, or manage or hold ownership interest in a massage therapy establishment who is not at least eighteen (18) years of age.
(B) It is unlawful for the owner, proprietor, managing employee, or any other person in charge of any massage establishment to employ any person less than eighteen (18) years of age.
