If a registration issued under this chapter is revoked, no massage establishment shall be authorized to locate in the same location of the establishment where the registration was revoked for a period of two (2) years from the effective date of the revocation. If the registrant is not also the legal owner of the real property on which the massage establishment is situated, notice of such revocation and the two (2) year prohibition shall be provided to the owner of record of the property as shown on the latest county assessment roll.
