The registrant shall have fourteen (14) days from the date of the written notice of suspension or revocation of any registration issued pursuant to this chapter, to file a written appeal with the Board of Administrative Appeals, pursuant to Chapter 1-4 of this code. Evidence will be received at the hearing for the purpose of determining whether or not such registration shall be suspended or revoked, or whether the registration may be retained.
