The investigating and enforcing officials of the city, including, but not limited to, the Police, Health Officer, Code Enforcement Official, and Building Official, or their designees, shall have the right to enter the premises from time to time during regular business hours for the purpose of making reasonable inspections to observe and enforce compliance with building, fire, electrical, plumbing, or health regulations, and to enforce compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and statutes, and with the provisions of this chapter. The massage business may be charged a fee for any safety inspections. The city may charge registrants for the cost of inspections in amounts established in the master fee schedule.
