(A) An alarm registration cannot be transferred to another person or alarm site. An alarm user shall inform the Alarm Administrator and their alarm company of any change to the information listed on the alarm registration application within ten business days after such change.
(B) Exceptions may be made when the transfer proposed involves an alarm user moving to another residence in the city or when the transfer is among members of the family of the original registration holder or successors in interest to the property for which the alarm registration has been issued.
