§ 4-9.02 OPERATION OF VEHICLES IN PARKS AND RECREATIONAL AREAS.
   No person shall operate, drive, or ride any vehicle, licensed or unlicensed, within the boundaries of any improved or unimproved public park or recreational area owned, leased, or used by the city except on a driveway designed for vehicular traffic and leading to a public parking area.
