§ 4-7.401 VIOLATIONS UNLAWFUL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain, permit, allow or suffer any violation of this chapter. If the property owner, property manager, or any other person exercising control of any lot or parcel of land on which any nuisance exists as described in this chapter fails to abate such nuisance in the time and manner set forth in a notice to abate, the City Manager or his or her designee may proceed to cause the abatement of the public nuisance by all legal means, including issuance of administrative citations and all other enforcement actions and remedies pursuant to § 1-2.01 of this code.
