§ 4-1.401 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this article, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE ESTABLISHMENT. A business operated by any person wherein new or used bicycles or bicycle parts are purchased, sold, exchanged, bartered, repaired, remodeled, dismantled, or junked.
