§ 3-12.03 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The Council shall appoint the seven members of the Commission. At least five members shall be Antioch residents. Non-resident members shall own or operate a business in the city.
   (B)   Members with backgrounds in commercial real estate, marketing or investment banking are strongly preferred.
   (C)   The Antioch Chamber of Commerce shall recommend one member.
