§ 2-3.205 DIVISION OF WATER TREATMENT.
   The functions of the Division of Water Treatment shall be to operate, maintain, improve, construct and monitor all work concerning the City Water Treatment Plant. The Division shall be operated under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Public Works/Maintenance subject to the direction of the Director/City Engineer.
