§ 2-3.101 CREATED.
   There is hereby created in the government of the city a Department of Community Development which shall consist of the following functions:
   (A)   Building inspection services;
   (B)   Economic development and redevelopment;
   (C)   Development engineering;
   (D)   Land planning;
   (E)   Neighborhood improvement.
