(a) Judge. Except as provided in subsection (b), each Judge of the Orphans’ Court is entitled to an annual salary as follows:
(1) $39,000 for fiscal year 2022;
(2) $49,000 for fiscal year 2023;
(3) $52,750 for fiscal year 2024;
(4) $56,500 for fiscal year 2025; and
(5) $60,250 for fiscal year 2026, and each fiscal year thereafter.
(b) Chief Judge. The Chief Judge of the Orphans’ Court is entitled to an annual salary as follows:
(1) $39,500 for fiscal year 2022;
(2) $54,000 for fiscal year 2023;
(3) $57,750 for fiscal year 2024;
(4) $61,500 for fiscal year 2025; and
(5) $65,250 for fiscal year 2026, and each fiscal year thereafter.
