In addition to the marriage license fee of $10 required by § 2-404(a) of the Family Law Article of the State Code, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County shall charge a fee of $45 for each marriage license issued by the Clerk. The proceeds of the additional fee shall be paid monthly to the Controller.
