§ 2-1-501. Administrative Hearing Officer.

   The Administrative Hearing Officer reports directly to the County Executive for administrative purposes only. The County Executive may not:

      (1)   supervise, participate in, influence, or attempt to influence a quasi-judicial matter to be decided by the Administrative Hearing Officer; or

      (2)   review, reverse, modify, or overrule a quasi-judicial decision rendered by the Administrative Hearing Officer.
