   Beginning for the same at a point on the shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay, the point being positioned by Maryland State grid coordinated at north 320353.036 east 934307.069 leaving the shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay and running for the newly established County line between Anne Arundel County and Calvert County as surveyed November 1975 by John E. Harms, Jr. & Associates, Inc., and referring the courses and coordinates of this description to the Maryland State grid meridian.
   North 28 degrees 44 minutes 31 seconds west 540.00 feet to a brass plaque engraved "Anne Arundel County - Calvert County Boundary Line 1" set in the concrete bridge abutment on the easterly side of Maryland Route 261, continuing along the same course 1,451.15 feet to an old County line monument found engraved "Anne Arundel County 1824" on one side and "Calvert County 1824" on the opposite side, continuing along the same course 1,958.60 feet to a monument set at an angle point in the County line at coordinate point north 323816.165 east 932407.776 the monument having a brass plaque set and engraved "Anne Arundel - County Calvert County Boundary Line No. 2", comprising a total distance of 3,949.75 feet from the point of beginning, leaving monument 2 and running along the County line.
   South 88 degrees 53 minutes 16 seconds west, 8,779.72 feet, to a monument set on the easterly side of Maryland Route 613, the monument having a brass plaque set and engraved "Anne Arundel County - Calvert County Boundary Line No. 3", continuing along the same course 8,858.87 feet to a monument set on the easterly side of Old Maryland Route 2, the monument having a brass plaque set and engraved "Anne Arundel County - Calvert County Boundary Line No. 4", continuing along the same course 2,375.13 feet to a monument set on the southerly side of Maryland Route 260, the monument having a brass plaque set and engraved "Anne Arundel County - Calvert County Boundary Line No. 5", continuing along the same course 3,189.11 feet to an old County line monument found at an angle point in the County line at coordinate point north 323365.748 east 909209.315, the monument found being engraved "Anne Arundel County 1824" on one side and "Calvert County 1824" on the opposite side, comprising a total distance of 23,202.83 feet, from monument No. 2, leaving the old monument found and running along the County line.
   North 37 degrees 02 minutes 18 seconds west, 2,967.06 feet, to an angle point in the County line in the centerline of a stream at coordinate point north 325734.154 east 907422.110, leaving the stream and running along the County line.
   North 00 degrees 05 minutes 44 seconds west 40.00 feet to a monument set, the monument having a brass plaque set and engraved "Anne Arundel County - Calvert County Boundary Line No. 6", running along the same course 2,807.00 feet to monument set on the southerly side of Maryland Route 260, the monument having a brass plaque set and engraved "Anne Arundel County - Calvert County Boundary Line No. 7", continuing along the same course 3,238.17 feet to an angle point on the north side of Cornwall Road at coordinate point north 331819.307 east 907411.968, then leaving the line as described by John E.    Leaving the point and running westerly along the center of Lyons Creek as it meanders to a brass plaque set in a concrete bridge abutment on the easterly side of the southbound lane of Maryland Route 416 at coordinate point north 339304.750 east 897562.215 the plaque being engraved "Anne Arundel County - Calvert County Boundary Line No. 10", the plaque being located south 86 degrees 20 minutes 41 seconds west 9,856.28 feet from monument 9.
   Leaving the point marked by plaque 10 and continuing westerly along the center of Lyons Creek as it meanders to a point in the center of the Patuxent River at coordinate point north 333260.000 east 889410.000, the point being located south 53 degrees 26 minutes 37 seconds, west, 10,148.77 feet from plaque 10.
