There shall be a Planning Advisory Board consisting of seven qualified voters appointed by the County Executive for terms coterminous with the County Executive’s term or until their successors shall qualify. Members of the Board shall receive no compensation for their services except reasonable and necessary expenses as may be provided in the budget. Vacancies shall be filled in the manner of original appointment. The County Executive shall designate a member as Chair.
