Sec. 523. Central Services Officer.

The Office of Central Services shall be administered by a Central Services Officer. The Central Services Officer shall be appointed solely with regard to their qualifications for the duties of the office by the Chief Administrative Officer and shall be responsible directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.
