(a) Generally. The initial terms of the members shall be staggered so that four members shall serve initial terms of one year, four members shall serve initial terms of two years, and three members shall serve initial terms of three years. After the expiration of the initial terms, all members shall serve three year terms. A member whose term has expired holds over until a successor is appointed.
(b) Removal. A member of the Commission may be removed by the County Executive for cause, including absence from 25% or more of the scheduled meetings and hearings of the Commission during any 12-month period.
(c) Vacancies. Vacancies shall be filled for an unexpired term in the manner of original appointment.
