§ 3-2C-104. Terms of voting members.
   (a)   Generally. The initial terms of voting members shall be staggered so that four members shall serve initial terms of one year, four members shall serve initial terms of two years, and five members shall serve initial terms of three years. After the expiration of the initial terms, all members shall serve three-year terms. A member whose term has expired holds over until a successor is appointed. A voting member shall serve no more than three full successive terms.
   (b)   Removal. A member of the Commission may be removed by the County Executive for any reason, including absence from 25% or more of the scheduled meetings of the Commission during any 12-month period.
   (c)   Vacancies. Vacancies shall be filled for an unexpired term in the manner of original appointment.
