(a) Compensation. Voting members of the Board may be compensated for their services as provided for in the annual budget.
(b) Expenses. Voting members of the Board may be reimbursed for expenses incurred related to their duties at the discretion of the Executive Director and subject to appropriation and availability of funds in the annual budget. Such expenses may include the cost of child care and transportation necessary to attend a scheduled meeting of the Board.
