§ 17-7-608. District boundaries.
   For a mixed use development that is adjacent to property in another zoning district:
      (1)   the types and locations of uses and the design of the development shall be compatible with the existing uses on the adjacent properties;
      (2)   the development shall be architecturally compatible with the development on the adjacent properties without creating a sameness in appearance through mere repetition of design and architecture; and
      (3)   the scale and mass of buildings shall be compatible with the development or potential development on the adjacent properties.
