§ 15-4-404. Seasonal waiver for exterior violations on affected properties.

   Unless otherwise ordered by the Health Officer, exterior work required to satisfy the risk reduction standard under the Environment Article, Title 6, Subtitle 8, of the State Code shall be delayed during the period from November 1 through April 1, inclusive, and shall be completed within 30 days thereafter.
