(a) Adoption. The "2018 International Plumbing Code", as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is adopted by reference as the Plumbing Code for the County with the additions, insertions, omissions, and changes set forth in the Supplement.
(b) Changes. Changes in the Plumbing Code, interpretation of the Code, or administrative procedures affecting plumbing contractors may not be implemented without written notification 60 days before implementation to the Plumbing Commission and all plumbing contractors licensed in the County.
