(a) Adoption. The "National Electrical Code (NFPA 70)", 2017 Edition, as published by the National Fire Protection Association, is adopted by reference as the Electrical Code for the County, with the additions, insertions, omissions, and changes set forth in the Supplement.
(b) Changes. Changes in the Electrical Code, interpretation of the Code, or administrative procedures affecting electrical contractors may not be implemented without written notification 60 days before implementation to the Board of Electrical Examiners and all electrical contractors licensed in the County.
